Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Kelompok Khusus Berbasis Social Determinants of Health (SDH) Terhadap Health Behavior Wanita Penderita Hipertensi di Desa Darsono Kecamatan Arjasa
Abstract
Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan kronis yang memerlukan perilaku kesehatan yang baik untuk mencegah komplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan kelompok berbasis Social Determinants of Health (SDH) terhadap perilaku kesehatan wanita hipertensi. Penelitian menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-test-posttest pada 35 responden yang dipilih menggunakan total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah intervensi, proporsi perilaku kesehatan baik meningkat dari 20,0% menjadi 54,3%, sedangkan kategori kurang menurun dari 42,9% menjadi 11,4%. Nilai median perilaku kesehatan meningkat dari 15 menjadi 19. Dengan demikian, pemberdayaan kelompok berbasis SDH efektif meningkatkan perilaku kesehatan wanita hipertensi melalui peningkatan pengetahuan, dukungan sosial, dan partisipasi aktif dalam pengelolaan hipertensi.
