Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Conflict Management, and Industrial Relations on CV Employee Performance. Serampang Jaya The data used in this study is in the form of primary data obtained through the dissemination of observations, interviews and research questionnaires and using secondary data through activity documentation. The population in this study is CV Serampang Jaya employees, while the research sample uses nonprobability sampling by taking a total of 75 employees. For data analysis, the authors used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it can be stated that Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Conflict Management has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Industrial Relations has a significant effect on Employee Performance.
