Abstract

This study examines the A.L.T.E.R framework’s role in advancing local economic empowerment and achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Focusing on adaptability, leadership, risk-taking, empowerment, and resilience, it evaluates community-driven initiatives addressing socio-economic challenges, including COVID-19 responses, leadership programs, and gender-focused projects. Key findings reveal the framework’s transformative potential, with adaptability fostering crisis resilience (SDG 9), leadership promoting social cohesion (SDG 16), entrepreneurship driving growth (SDG 8), and empowerment advancing equity (SDG 5, SDG 1). The A.L.T.E.R framework demonstrates scalability in empowering local economies, integrating community engagement with strategic development to achieve the SDGs globally.
